Katie Mae Imhoff-Smith

Director/Owner/President

 

Katie Mae has been coaching, leading and teaching students for over 15 years.  Currently, she teaches 8th grade and works within Intentional Mentoring.  When she is not at work, she spends time with her labradane (Java Bean), and reading.  Katie Mae enjoys adventures in mountains, and near water.  Whenever possible, she finds time for ice cream, cheese, and people.
 

Cory Miller

Director of Programming/Secretary

Cory has been teaching in the Madison area for the past five years. Currently, she teaches 7th grade Language Arts at Toki Middle School and runs the after school program, Roots, for Intentional Mentoring. In her free time, Cory likes to read, snuggle with her kitties, and visit with friends and family.

Dana Finne

Director/Lead Mentor Coach

Dana has been a middle school teacher for ten years. She currently teaches 8th grade science and social studies and works as a mentor coach for Intentional Mentoring. While not working, she spends as much time outdoors as possible hiking, biking, jogging, kayaking, paddle boarding, skiing and exploring. While indoors she enjoys reading, movie watching and cheering on the Packers, Badgers and Brewers.


Doug Miller

Doug has been an accountant in Madison for the past 4 years and is currently working for a local Life Insurance Company.  In his free time he enjoys watching the State's sports teams, in particular the Badgers, and spending time with friends and family.  He also fancies himself a pizza enthusiast.

 

Franny

Director/Social Worker

Franny has been working with youth in Madison for the past 10 years. She completed her Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May of 2016. Currently, she works in student ministry at Blackhawk Church in Middleton. In her free time, Franny enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee, eating at the Pizza Ranch with her husband Ray, and watching Gilmore Girls.

 

John

John is an easy going guy who enjoys a good meme, joke or comedy skit. He resides in Madison with his wife (Marilyn) and dog (Charlie) and they love playing Ultimate Frisbee, biking, camping, hiking, and being outdoors when the weather permits.

John attended Southwest Wisconsin Technical College where he studied mechanical design. He attended Cardinal Stritch University as a working professional where he graduated with a masters degree in business management. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and feels called to be involved in the community through his youth volunteer work and business background.
